My Dear Dr. Holland

I have arived here and to day it has rained. I went up in the hills west of the ranch to look over some things. I got very wet but did not find any bones that are good enough to suit me. I spent two days on those days north west of Rock Creek. I found pleanty of bones there but they are all rotton, destroyed by iron the clay matrix is yelow with ocher and iron. I dug in several places but found nothing good.
