Proof of Labor

County of Albany

Before me the subscriber personally appeared O.A. Peterson

who, being duly sworn, says that at least 

Twenty dollars' worth of labor or improvements were

performed or made upon Brontosaur

Situated in --------- Mining District Albany County, State of Wyoming, during the year ending December 31, 1900.  Such expenditure was made by or at the expense

of the Carnegie Museum owners of said claim, for the purpose of holding said claim.

I, James McGibbon, a county clerk in and for said County, in the State aforsaid do herby certify that O.A. Peterson personally known to me as a person whose name subscribed to the annexed instrument, appeared before me this day in person, and acknowledged, that he signed, sealed and delivered the said instrument, of writing as his free and voluntary act, for the uses and purposes therein set forth
