We have your favor of the 15th instant, and beg to state that we have reserved room on our Steamer "La Gascogne" sailing April 2nd for the 34 boxes, and note that you are forwarding them via the Pa. R.R. on the 17th.



We presume that if these boxes get her in time, you would like to have them go forward on the "Touraine" sailing the 26th of March.



Be kind enough to instruct Hampton & Co. to call here for a shipping order, and give them instructions as to making our bills of lading, and asking them to consign the property to our Agent at Havre and have them send the ocean bill of lading to our Agent with
