Referring to certificate No. A 105053 issued June 20th for $3000.00 to cover marine insurance on a Plaster Cast shipped via Lamport & Holt  Line to Buenos Aires for La Plata, Argentina, -- the following clause should have been entered on this policy, and should be considered as part of it:



"Free of claims for breakage, otherwise free of particular average, unless caused by stranding, sinking, burning, or collision with another vessel, and amounting to 5 percent".
