My dear Mr. Morrow: Your kind letter of October 2nd has just been received. Since writing to you I have been receiving an avalanche of letters and communications from Dr. A. L. Herrera, the head of the National Museum of Mexico, and to use a slang phrase, I have "struck ile." Dr. Herrera has kindly supplied me with copies of his correspondence with Tellez, who failed after repeated requests to inform me that Herrera was the person with whom to correspond. Matters seem to be shaping themselves very nicely, and it is not necessary, I think, for you at present to take any steps whatever in the matter except to express your good will on occasion should the matter be spoken of. With kindest regards, I am Yours very sincerely,
