Dolan in reloading of shipment addressed the National Museum of Mexico, I wish to say that I have given your men instructions as follows: Load the thirty-six boxes on Southern Pacific Car No. 18, 199 now standing on siding No. 8 at the East Liberty Freight Station, blocking and bracing the boxes in best manner. Mr. H.H. Gray, Division Freight Agent of Pennsylvania Railraod has kindly informed me that he is taking charge of the preparation of the necessary papers. This shipment is to go free of freight charges via P.R.R. to Cincinnati, L.&N.R.R. to New Orleans, Southern Pacific to Alice; Texas Mexican R.R. to frontier at Laredo; thence via Mexican National RR. to Mexico, D.F.
