I desire to gratefully acknowledge your kind lines of September 13th in reply to mine of the 10th, in which you so graciously and cordially agree to grant free shipment over your railway to the replica of the Diplodocus, which we wish shortly to ship.  I am just in receipt of a charming letter from the President of the Pennsylvania Railroad, coming shortly after I received yours, in which he expresses himself as deeming it a privilege to help in this enterprise.
