Your very interesting letter of February the fourteenth has just come and, as I am rushing out I have not been able to give it due consideration.



I think by all means that diplodocus should be sent to Mexico.  I think it is eminently fitting that the sum you now have for this purpose should be supplemented by a grant from the $25,000, alloted by the Carnegie Corporation to objects in which Mr. Carnegie was interested.
