The Affadavit of posting will then be signed by myself and two witnesses. I will then go to Vernal in two or three days -- go the office of Thos W. ODonnell, our attorney, file application for patent with the Receiver and attend to other details.

	Everything seems to be moving favorably in the matter so far.
