My dear Dr. Holland:-

	On receiving your letter of February 1st. I wrote you a short letter and enclosed list of contents of boxes of which you did not have a record. I was disappointed yesterday to find that this had been overlooked when the last letters were mailed.

	As I stated in the above-mentioned letter, we are putting the quarry in shape for the suspension of operations.

	As it will be unsafe to leave the quarry, the bone bearing ledge, and the property of the museum unguarded I suggest that we make arrangements with Mr. Kay to guard and take care of the property here so that our rights and interests shall be
