extreme western portion of the quarry to a great extent is Conjectural as it has been seen in only two or three places. It is possible that there are only four or five vertebrae and that they are the missing cervicals of No. 160. I made the diagram more to show the extent of the bone-bearing portion of the beds.

	We are getting things pretty well in shape to leave. I will go to Vernal to-morrow and will see Atty. O'Donnell, and prepare to close up the patent part of the business at the earliest possible date.

	We had intended ere this to go and do some geological work in the Uinta but snow came, and covered things up. I think it will be all right after I return to Vernal.
