Notice is hereby given that under and in pursuance of Chapter VI of Title XXXII of Revised Statutes of the United States, Earl Douglass, whose postoffice address is Jensen, Uintah county, Utah, has made application for a patent for eighty, 80 acres of land, containing stone of commercial value and rock in place, and which said land containing stone of commercial value and rock in place, and which said land is known and designated as the Carnegie Museum Placer Claim, situate in no organized mining district, in Uintah county, State of Utah, and described by the offical plat and by the field notes on file in the United States Land Office at Vernal, Utah, as follows, viz: Survey No. 6206.
