Jensen, Utah, Nov. 28, 1914 Dr. Wm. J. Holland Carnegie Museum Pittsburg, Pa. My dear Dr. Holland: Apparently we have the skull which belongs with the limb bones, ribs, lower jaw etc. which I have previously mentioned as probably belonging to Allosaurus. We have struck part of the spinal column also and have brought to light five or six vertebrae. It is lying under the huge cervical which I have mentioned. The skull is partly disarticulated but I think it is all there and in good shape yet I cannot be certain yet. I have doubt that this is Allosaurus. We have gotten out a block with a cervical of the long slender necked fellow. Like the other which I have mentioned it is nearly three feet long with very long slender cervical ribs.
