We expect to find that the big-Brontosaurus-like cervical is part of a series, this being raised up on account of its lying on top of other bones. The part of the back bone of the carnivorous dinosaur is under it. If this prove true we shall hope to find a big skull. Never before, it seems to me, were there so many unique and interesting things in view. It is a marvellously good quarry and growing better. As nearly as I can estimate we will need about $350 for the beginning of next month. If there is a little left over we shall spend it to advantage. I have had to send some distance for packing-hay as we have much to box which will need it and alfalfa will not do. Weather is still fine. As ever, Earl Douglass
