Jensen, Utah, Jan. 4, 1915 My dear Dr. Holland:- Have opportunity to send letter and, perhaps, a few moments of time. Have all boxes down on my own land and safe. Had something of "a time". Two men quit to go in business for themselves. Then men I got had grip &c. It seems no respecter of persons this year. Havent definitely hired new men yet. Men quitting some advantage as it probably will enable me to get lumber, powder, and other things needed with allowance. Haven't definitely bargained for supplies yet of course as have not permit. Hope to hear soon. Kay with us yet. There is plenty we can do. There are two or more boxes of the last Apatosaurus at quarry, but not lumber to box them now. Man is coming for mail. Hope you are well. In haste, E. Douglass
