Aside from this, since we came here last we have had nearly everything in our favor -- the thing well organized, and in excellent running order, good experienced men, few diversions from the regular work, -- no running around the country for provisions, -- telephone communications which have saved us lots of time, money, inconvenience and annoyance, etc etc.

As a result I feel quite sure that never before has so much excellent material of the kind been collected in the same time -- tho part of the work was extremely slow and difficult.
