When taking up the block which contained the larger portion of the pelvis of No. 250 (the first skeleton) we saw that it contained the anterior portion of the skull and lower jaw of another specimen. Next we lifted out the block which contained most of the remainder of the skull (No. 251) with part of the atlas articulated and the tip end of the peg of the atlas, in place. This is a good indication of another skeleton but we cannot tell more about this for some time -- until we do a lot of shooting and removing the superincumbent rock. I have told you that I surmised that we would find here not only one skeleton but perhaps more. It looks more favorable for it now than it did. We have now found five skulls and one or two besides No. 250 probably had skeletons or parts of skeletons with them but they were at the weathered face of the cliff.
