December 3, 1915 Mr. Earl Douglass Jensen, Utah My Dear Dougalss;- I am enclosing you statement which I think will expalain itself, and wish to call your attention to the fact that you seem to have paid the Leslie Ashton Hardware Company $19.42 twice for the same bill, once on check #42, and once on check #54. I am returning to you your cancelled checks for inspection, as well as your bank book and your statements for the two months in question, but wish you would as soon as you have examined them return the entire lot to me to be placed upon file. I have ordered an will send to you as sson as I receive them a form of receipt thwich I whish you would use in future in your payments to your men and to any one else who has not a regular form of bill. This will keep these matters uniform and will facilitate filing. A large number of the small receipts which you ahve been using are likely to be lost or mislaid. I am, yours sincerely, Assistant to Director
