Jensen, Utah, Jan. 18, 1916 Douglas Stewart Pittsburg, Pa. My dear Stewart:- I have the Register's Certificate which you sent but before we get the money we probably will have to show the Receiver's receipt. I send letter from our attorney Thos. W. O'Donnell. We are having a stormy winter for this country. Nearly two feet of snow has fallen. Am getting lumber as it probably will be impossible to get it next summer and it wants to be seasoning. If anything unfortunate should happen there will be no trouble to sell it. Received blank receipts. As there are not stubs will make receipts out in duplicate. Yours as ever Earl Douglass Perhaps I would better keep on file Register's Certif. as we might need it.
