Jensen, Utah, July 14, 1916 Dr. Wm. J. Holland Carnegie Museum Pittsburg, Pa. My dear Dr. Holland:- I have not reported oftener as there has not been much exciting to report except getting rid of a lot of dirt -- getting ready for the harvest. Am glad to say that we have deeper cut up to no. 240 now, and from now I think you can look for reports of substantial results and oftener. We are certainly getting things in splendid shape and if we do not show the goods we certainly will be disappointed. We have had to remove more dirt than we expected on account of high caving bank. One man got hurt by falling rocks. Only several surface wounds. We have it safe now. I hope you are not disturbed by some lying reporter and the sensational newspapers.
