a still larger mass had to be shot down. Much of the rock is very hard and has to be broken up with heavy stone hammers and dynamite. This, of course, all has to be removed from the cut with a car. We estimate that early in April the cut will be cleared. The work has progressed to the point now where we can begin removing skeletons. Work has already begun on the skeleton of a Stegosaurus which is the first to be removed. We estimate that about 5000 cubic yards of rock have been removed from the west end of the quarry the larger part of which has been done the last year. Probably as much rock has been removed the last year as in any two preceding years.
