Jensen, Utah, Aug. 22, 1918 Dr. Wm. J. Holland Carnegie Museum Pittsburg, Pa. My dear Dr. Holland:- I thought that in one of my letters I had acknowledged receipt of indemnity bond which you sent. Despairing of getting any paper of the kind from the head of the museum I saw Attorney O'Donnell and he and the Register of the land office concluding that such a paper from me, as the agent here, would do as well. We had already fixed up the papers and they had been sent in. When the bond came in from you I mailed it to O'Donnell.
