My dear Dr. Holland:-

I will need only $200 instead of $300 at the end of this month, so unless I receive word from you to the contrary I will give credit in my accounts for only $200. One of my men has left to take another job at $125.00 per month. I was giving $90.00. We need another man and I have tried to get one who has had experience here but he has work with his team. I can think of no man which I want just now but I think I can get one soon. We need a man with experience now to the end of the job.
