My dear Dr. Holland:-

I enclose financial statement. At the close of April you would better deposit the usual allowance as i will probably be able to continue with nearly the usual force of men. Have now two men who have had experience at the quarry and one who is an experienced miner. So unless I let you know before May 1 please deposit $300.00.
