It is mighty cold here but we have rough work when we cannot work around the bones -- which is seldom. I have been looking over the matter a little, recently and I think we have averaged about a skeleton a year. Not a skeleton like the popular ones with a hind limb or two and part of a tail, but skeletons which could probably be mounted with more or less restoration -- or could have been when patience was plentiful, and nearly complete skeletons and skulls unknown. It seems to be a general rule that we find our skulls near Thanksgiving time, but we run a little late this year. How is it? Can we buy a turkey for a skull feast? Well I am getting tired and sleepy and I have no doubt you are by this time. So good night, with best wishes for a pleasant holiday season. As ever, Earl Douglass
