but have struck four ribs and two dorsal plates. It appears now to be the best posterior portion of a skeleton that has been found but I can't see under ground so will say no more at present. On account of present conditions however I will not neglect to keep you informed as interesting things develop.

Winter has come, but +10 the coldest. No snow here, but plenty all around including Vernal.

Dear Doctor:- By an oversight I may have overdrawn Field Acct. four or five dollars. I remember that the Auditor sometime ago said my account showed a balance of 10 or 12 dollars more than was in bank. I have not yet found error but if Stewart will send me acct of deposits the last two or three years I may trace it. I have of course given credit each month for $300 without notification from office.
