My dear Dr. Holland:-

I am sending you hastily drawn map of East Extension of quarry. This will, I think answer your present purpose but it is not complete and accurate enough, of course, for a final record and it is subject to revision from records here. I hope to send a complete map of quarry on a smaller scale in the future. I have so far sought in vain for time to do this but in vain. We at present have no holidays or Sundays.

I hope map and report will reach you in time. They did not get me on phone until third day after message was received. I then went to work and got it out as soon as I could. Have to go to Vernal tomorrow and will mail it.
