We have been informed that the laws of the State of Utah it is necessary for the Museum to take out insurance for every employee in the quarry.  This has been done and I herewith enclose two notices for your to post up on the premises and also wish you to tell the employees that in order to benefit under this insurance the accident must be reported to this office within forty-eight hours.  Therefore it will be necessary for you to telegraph to the Carnegie Museum that we may return to the Industrial Commission of Utah at the State Capital, Salt Lake City on one of the enclosed blanks
