$400.00 this would be $25.00 extra. There are still a couple of bills due, one $40.00 and the other I have not the statement yet. Probably it will be 25 or 30 dollars so an additional deposit of $50.00 will cover it. I will not draw checks for these until about the 15th so this will give you an opportunity to let me know if you will not make the deposit until the end of the month.

	If it is your desire to grant only the usual amount after we get squared up I will do the best I can with the allowance.

	As to the work in the fall I could not have put things in shape at less expense. The real winter has come and we are ready for it.

	I am writing to you personally on more cheerful topics but havent time to finish just now.

	I am also writing a short letter to Stewart so that you may not miss the matter of deposit.
