Mr. Douglass: From the reports which I have received from Mr. Coggeshall and Mr. Peterson, I think it would be well for you to concentrate your efforts immediately on taking out the skeletons of Stegosaurus and the small Dinosaur which you have mentioned. As soon as possible get these two specimens out, boxed and ready to ship. Immediately upon the return of Mr. Peterson and Mr. Coggeshall I will start arrangements for the shipping of the material you have on hand and will give you detailed instructions upon that as soon as possible. As the ultimate disposition of the specimens fo Diplodocus, known as 355 and 365, is somewhat in doubt, I do not think it necessary to proceed with the taking out of these speciments, but of course wish them amply protected.
