Dear Mr. Douglass:



In reply to your letter of September 6th I have today requested the Treasurer to deposit $150  to the credit of the Field Account.



I hope that you will send in your financial reports as soon as possible and I must impress upon you that for the running expenses of the quarrry we cannot appropriate more than $300 a month.



Of course for hauling and freight we will make an extra appropriation
