My Dear Stewart:- I wired the men who owned the car concerning which I telegraphed you, telling him your instructions. He accepte dthe offer and I am sending Kay to day to get the car. I am sending him the check for $400. This appears to be the best thing we can get unless we expend more than double the price. I am preparing report for the year as request by letter found on my return and can send it soon. Will you please send Oakland Check Books. I ran short of checks and did not think I had time to get them so paid several bill in cash. Could have wired and received them in time on account of delays. Will write you more fully later.
