Dear Mr. Douglass: I wrote you to Jensen, Utah, under date of February 14th, but I have just learned from the Jensen paper that you are in California so am repeating practically the letter I sent you for fear you have not received it. I am sending Mr. LeRoy Kay into the field this coming summer, and so will have use for the Ford truck or will wish to sell it and buy another one. Under these circumstances do not dispose of the truck, but please arrange at once to have the certificate of title transferred from you name to that of Mr. J LeRoy Kay. I also have never had any report of the tools belonging to the Carnegie Museum which are in your custody, and for which you are responsible. We will probably be wishing to dispose of the heavier took, the cars, track, blacksmith tools, wagon etc, and I have had an inquiry concerning the purchase of these. Please send me at once or arrange to have our representative send a complete list of these tools and their location Director Carnegie Museum
